Ground up construction of a 312,500sf titanium post forge heat treat and finishing facility. Encompassed construction of two new buildings and one existing building fit up. Facility contained more than 180 pieces of equipment including: 32 cranes ranging from 2 through 20 tons, two car bottom furnaces, ten box furnaces (5 current, 5 future), Pangborn blast machines, grinding/finishing machines, and acid etch capability. Medium voltage 4160v service, high pressure gas service with two metering stations, 10,000sf of office and a complete shipping department.
