Description Ground up construction of the Thermo Fisher World Headquarters. On site Project Management for a team brought in to turn the project around and get it completed on time. Eight story building with the first four stories being parking garage with four stories of office occupying the upper floors. Concrete structure was completed with curtain wall system started and utilities to the building when brought on site. Total building square footage was 286,000sf with the office portion being 137,000sf including the first-floor lobby area. High end finishes throughout with a glass exterior and a 5th floor patio area that lead out to a putting green. The building met LEED Silver criteria
