Ground up construction of the cement receiving and distribution terminal. Brought in after the first round of estimating had been completed. Managed second round of estimating through project completion, receiving TCO on June 12, 2018. Project consisted of a 100,000sf warehousing facility capable of holding 43,000 tons of cement powder. Cement is unloaded from an ocean freighter and pumped to the warehouse via a large diameter conveyance pipe system. By use of screw conveyors and bucket elevators, the powder is loaded into one of three 60’ silos in the ten story load out building. From there it is loaded into semi-tankers with a capacity of up to 100 trucks per day.
